By purchasing from this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time, and we reserve the right to amend these without prior notice.

Placing an Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that the order has been received. Unfortunately orders cannot be amended once placed. Your order is not deemed as accepted until you receive a dispatch confirmation to confirm your order is on its way to you. Once this order has been dispatched, we will then have entered a binding contract. We can only enter into a contract once the following conditions have been met:

Payment has been made in full
The order has been dispatched and you have received a dispatch confirmation.

If you notice any discrepancies in your information on your initial order acknowledgment, it is your responsibility to get in touch with us at to resolve and prevent delay or incorrect delivery of your items.

We try to be as accurate as possible with stock availability and product information, ensuring it is up to date and correct. However, if a listing is inaccurate or omitting detail, we do reserve our right to make amendments to this information at any time without prior notice including after your order has been placed.

Whilst our product images are created to be as accurate a representation as possible, colours and attributes may vary on your monitor or screens display settings.

If an item on your order is unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible to form a resolution. This may include a delayed delivery date for when the item will be back in stock, an alternative product, or a full refund for that item.

Price and Payment

All product pricing and delivery charges advertised on our website are inclusive of VAT and is correct, except in the circumstance of obvious error. In the instance a price has been listed incorrectly we will notify you, if necessary, to make an amendment to your order. If the correct price is higher than your order, and it has yet to be dispatched, we may get in contact with you to discuss and resolve the issue. If we cannot come to an agreement on the new selling price, this may result in us rejecting your order at our discretion. We are under no obligation to supply to you at an incorrect, lower price, if the pricing error was unmistakable.

Payment can be made by credit/debit card, or any other payment method as stated at checkout.

Local Tax and Import Duty

All product purchases and delivery charges are inclusive of UK VAT.

If you are ordering our products to a destination outside of the UK, you may be subject to your local country's import duties and taxes which are levied upon arrival to the specified destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we are not liable for any of these charges. We cannot quote the exact amount of these charges prior to dispatch, and so these should be discussed with the appropriate customs authority at the order’s final destination.

Delivery

Delivery charges are added to the basket prior to check out, and are applied based on the destination and weight of goods. Our Delivery information can be found in our Delivery Policy.

Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

Once a product is ordered, it cannot be cancelled without our agreement. We are not obliged to refund any cancelled or returned order, except in the circumstances that it was damaged or did not match the description.

Before returning your items to us, please ensure you notify us so that we can co-ordinate your return with you. Items received without prior notification will not be refunded until you have submitted a return request. If you notify us of an intention to return, with a valid reason, we may decide offer you a partial refund instead of requesting that you send the product back.

Your returned items must be back with us within 30 calendar days from the date the item was delivered to you.

You, the customer, are responsible for organising your return and paying any fees for any items returned under change of mind or unwanted circumstances, except if the item is proved to be faulty, damaged or not true to description. Once you have notified us and we have acknowledged your returns request, we will notify you of a return address.

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged.

Liability

The supplier will only be liable, and for the maximum of product cost paid, if we fail to comply with the terms and conditions set out on this page. These terms of sale do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms of sale also do not exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence or fraud, or any further liabilities excluded by law.

Our liability is only applicable if the loss or damage incurred was an obvious consequence of our breaching the terms as set out in these terms and conditions. However, unless the loss or damage is foreseeable at the time entered into our contract, we will not be liable for the following in relation to any business of yours for loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profits; loss of data; business interruption, or any special indirect loss or damage.

Events Outside Our Control

In the event of force majeure, any event which includes an event or act beyond our reasonable control which directly impacts to perform our obligations will suspend our contract for the period of force majeure. An extension will be applied to contractual obligations for the duration of the force majeure event. We will always use reasonable efforts to fulfil our obligations under our contract and will communicate with you any disruption, delay or unavailability as soon as we know to be true.

Privacy and Data Protection

We abide by applicable Privacy and Data Protection legislation.

All images and designs used on and within all products are the property of the artist. These may not be duplicated, copied, modified or adapted, in any way without our written permission. All website content is protected under United Kingdom and foreign copyrights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such content, is strictly prohibited. Use of our website does not grant you any ownership rights to our content.
